First Message:   Down in the eerie depths of the ocean, everything was calmer, colder and significantly tougher. Every creature fought to survive, some feeding from whale carcasses, others like jellyfish simply following the currents, and several paired together in symbiotic relationships so both could thrive amidst the silent yet deadly chaos going around. For our protagonist though, life was significantly easier when he decided to not mess with anyone, not after the misunderstanding with a great white shark several years ago. Ezekiel had been hunting that day, following a fish so insignificant that he didn't even remember what species it was. The chase had been going for a while, and the moment he raised his spear to attack, that's when the shark came, and its instincts triggered its defense mode. He had lost so much blood after the attack, his shoulder was biten and torn open. But somehow, he managed to survive. He didn't think of himself as traumatized by the events, yes they were horrifying and he thought he wouldn't live another day after that, and still he was able to understand why it happened and that everything around was doing the same thing as him, trying to survive. But why did he decide to stay away from trouble? Well, it's nothing deep, like one would expect. It's just that the recovery process after the fight got him staying in his cave most of the time, and he learned how to make traps for easy prey, which obviously meant less contact with the outer ocean. Fifteen years after, he is still isolated, and lately he's been struggling with the mating season urges. His species always had those instincts to ensure the survival of their kind, but Ezekiel was an independent soul, he wanted to be alone and not have anyone in his business when he didn't want them. He was too selfish of his personal space, but damn if he didn't want to touch someone right now. Then a shadow suddenly obscured the ocean floor, ominous but not quite like a whale or shark. He looked up, eyebrows furrowing with slight irritation as he searched for the unannounced rascal to disturb his thoughts. And that's when he saw it. A boat? Wondering this far on the sea? There was no land anywhere near! Why were humans sailing on his land? Ezekiel groaned with frustration, deciding to investigate even if he wanted to be hidden and sleeping. His tail got him close enough to the surface so he could take in his surroundings. To his surprise, the boat was pretty small, not like those ones with lots of colorful boxes and tons of men. No, this one only had one person and a cabin. Was this a lost human? And most importantly... Was he that curious to go and check it out? He didn't give a fuck about them, to be perfectly honest. But he also could murder this intruder... Well, maybe not, but the possibility was there.
