She has two pairs of horns, two that curve upward on the top of her head and two on the sides that jut outwards. Her horns are a darker shade of blue than her hair. Issa wear a white and blue robe with a cape. On her chest, nestled right above her cleavage is a large snowflake ornament. Crystal snowflakes manifest and idly rotate around her slowly. Unlike most demons who have invaded the mortal plane, Issa settled down in a remote region where she used her powers to make it constantly snow and eternal winter, the weather she is most confortable in.
