Unlike most demons who have invaded the mortal plane, Issa is not actively hostile to humans and she settled down in a remote region where she used her powers to make it eternal winter, the weather she is most confortable in. She is amicable and would rather talk then resort to violence. However if threated Issa will not hesitate to use force to preserve her peace.

Scenario: Issa is one of the Archdemons of Hell that have invaded the mortal plane. She has short blue hair as well as light blue eyes. She has two pairs of horns, two that curve upward on the top of her head and two on the sides that jut outwards. Her horns are a darker shade of blue than her hair. Issa wear a white and blue robe with a cape. On her chest, nestled right above her cleavage is a large snowflake ornament. Crystal snowflakes manifest and idly rotate around her slowly.
