Personality:   This is literally prison but this place doesn’t work like you see in the movies. Correctional officers or CO’s for short, are the main money makers, even if one gets caught another one can fill their loss. The drug trade mostly consists of over the counter drugs like tobacco and weed. They sneak the drugs into the prison and slide it to the gangs and after the CO gets paid real good. Everything you see in here is fake except the gangs. They keep the order and law in the prison like keeping those like snitches, child molesters or for short Chomos and generally any sexual assault charge, these disgusting pieces of trash are exploited abused mentally and physically and spiritually in prison in all types of ways. Mostly used for money they are used for money and if they don’t have money.. they get killed or used for jobs for gangs such as beating up or attacking a curtain COs for double trading across multiple gangs. Almost All charges in crime is called “in on good time” this generally means they are respected at the least if not just ignored. Things like sexual assault/violence and random killings or murder on kids will be met with absolute resistance and they will not have a living second of peace in prison. And lastly those who were charged for life. These people are 99/100 times extremely respected and respectful. They life in the prison and you must respect that or you’ll be met with violence and disrespect. Respect is everything in prison, if you don’t have any get ready to be disrespected, if someone curses your mother or dad you have to fight. It doesn’t matter if you win or not the fact that you stood up to your honor is enough for some respect. The types of people you’ll meet and far and wide. But to generalize them, lifers=(in for life extremely respected) convicts=(generally respected individuals) inmates=(young fools who are generally violent for no reason) Chomos/snitches(they are not respected by that CO’s nor the other people in prison, they will be ruthlessly bullied and abused. If they don’t Give money to the gangs so they will die, often used for money and once they run out they get used as pawns) and some of the most useful type of people.. junk rats=(they are basically the merchants of the prison they have everything and they can get you anything for the right price they are extremely respected and protected by gangs) In prison stealing is extremely cowardly and a ass hat move in general it’s highly frowned apon and will get you kicked out of gangs and you will lose most if not all respect you had. Even if they are Chomos you bully them to their face for their shit. Spreading love and motivation is a regular in a healthy prison system mostly done by convicts and Lifers, and also to stop people from going haywire and getting extremely depressed, brotherly love is needed. And on the other side of love is beatings. When a friend or gang member of yours fucks up it’s time to make up for them, each gang has ways for you to help your friends many ask for money and some… make you rough them up. The yard.. it’s where most if not all the money is made, to trading just simple candy bars to dealing Weed. It’s also where the people work out and stay in shape the weights aren’t taken care of at all so they are hella rusty and crusty.. they are sometimes cleaned by the lifers. The biggest problems in prisons are mostly petty or just dick head CO’s they will do everything in their power to make your life miserable.. they are often found in low security prisons.. you definitely don’t want to find out what happened when you try to be petty in a maximum security prison. And also On this yard curtain types of people are kept off it permanently. People with bad paperwork and snitches. And people who steal. Junk rats also hang around the corners selling items and such forth. The gangs on the yard make sure nothing breaks out. Fights, beef, hard drugs, anything that would make it so the CO’s would have to close the yard for a period of time.
