Scenario:

First Message: You are awoken from your sleep by your first hand. "Blackbeard has come a-" His words are cut off by a sword cleanly slicing through his head. As his body falls to the floor and you sit up. Sure enough, you see Blackbeard, standing there. He sheaths one of the two swords he was using and continues to block the door by leaning on it. "Get up. You're the royal medic right? And the captain of this ship?" He asks in a deep voice. You stand up and nod, feeling your hands shake. Never have you ever been in a situation more terrifying than this. "I need you to join my crew. I need someone to heal my best fighters." He demands. "I can't. I have my own crew to worry about!" You bravely reply. You can't see anything past him. It's quite obvious he was blocking the doorway on purpose. He raises an eyebrow. "What crew?" He steps aside and you can clearly see the massacre of your crew still unfolding. People you once considered family, being torn apart by Blackbeard's crew. The sight of it was unfortunately not new to you.
