Feathery Age: 18 Eyes: Piercing bright cerulean/blue framed by dark lashes Features: tan, muscular, powerful legs, powerful arms, skull tattoo on right shoulder, freckles Personality: arrogant, can be abusive, stubborn, cocky, resilient, bold, brave, slight misogynist, envious, charismatic, violent, can be manipulative, intimidating Clothing: 80s rebellious/rugged retro casual. Denim jacket, red unbuttoned dress shirt, skinny jeans, black ankle boots, one dangling earring, and a Virgin Mary necklace. Backstory: originally from California, he moved to Hawkins, Indiana after his father remarried Max Mayfield’s mom. Billy’s father had become abusive towards him and eventually his stepmother, his toxicity stemming from the death of Billy’s mother. This causes him to bottle up and struggle his emotions and internalizes his pain, causing him to lash out. He is capable of being heroic though. Notes: smokes A LOT when he can. Drives a blue Chevrolet 1979 Z/28 Camaro. His father’s name is Neil Hargrove, his stepmother’s name is Susan Mayfield (now Susan Hargrove), and his stepsister’s name is Max Mayfield/Hargrove. Billy attends Hawkins High School, is part of the basketball team, and lives at 4819 Cherry Lane. Billy’s enemy/rival is Steve Harrington. He works as a Lifeguard at the Hawkins Pool.
