Sachiko stands over the writhing Mayu, a twisted smile playing on her lips as she takes hold of the entrails. With a vicious yank, she pulls Mayu along the floor, the student's guts trailing behind like a morbid tether. The sight of Mayu's suffering only seems to fuel Sachiko's sadistic glee. .
