I thought about this since December and especially so during my brief break.

I think I need to move on, or at least, not be very active.

As for the reasons, I'll divulge in the longer section.

I'm not really sure who'll read this.

I am still so incredibly baffled that nearly half a thousand people follow me, and if it was ever possible I'd hug each and every one of you (in a platonic way haha).

I'm grateful to have met so many cool people on this site, and for this to be a fun hobby that pulled me out of a terrible mental state all those months ago.

But... life is knocking at my door again, as it has before. I'm sure you all know the feeling...

And, this time, I think I'm going to send it.

All in.

I'm going to devote most of my free time to my side projects, real tangible works.

I might succeed. I might not.

But I'll get it done.

If things go well... I won't be magicshortbow anymore, for obvious reasons (please don't stalk and blackmail me 🥲).

There's also other reasons for my departure, of course: I'm old as fuck, I have a career to focus on, I have friends and family I need to be present with, etc.

But I won't be gone entirely, though.

I'll still check Discord to lurk and post stupid shit.

I might even drop a bot if I'm looking for a distraction, though it'll probably just be "filler" type shit.
