updates, the future, and promo stuff

hi.

so i made a lot of promises for February and all of them (basically) fell through. i could throw excuses about where i'm at mentally and emotionally, but i think we can just leave it at this is already a bad year for me (getting better!) and i was given some meds to help with my mental stuff. so, that's all great, and that means i can focus more on getting quality bots sent your way. my environment is better, i'm generally taking care of myself more, and i'm just focusing on my hobbies and friends. woohoo!

now for all the bots that i promised... i don't really know what to do with them. like... they're all super amazing ideas and i love the ideas, along with some of them being part of a series that's already ongoing (BTU Basketball + Football). ssssso... i might do a sort of auction thing in my server if people really want them? but that's just a possibility at the moment since i do struggle to go back to old ideas once it's all said and done.

i know i've been really lacking on bot posts lately, and for that i'm sorry. y'all are so patient and loving with me, i can never thank you enough. i've been experimenting with some things and just figuring stuff out, which everyone is allowed to do no matter what stage of life they're in. a lot blew up in my face, a lot changed very fast, and i'm still adjusting to what has become my new norm irl as well as online.

so, from the bottom of my heart, thank you to all of my friends for continuing to stand by me in this emotionally tumultuous time. i haven't been a super stellar friend lately, and i'm going to be doing better from now on now that i'm out of fight or flight mode. let's hope that keeps on keeping on.

the future

not much is changing! my bot uploads are going to go to M W F instead of every day just so i have more time to relax. at least... here on nyct0phi1ia it's m w f.

there will be a new addition to my bot cards coming in March due to the House of Hearts event i hosted. no, this isn't a post announcing the winning bots. that will be announced on my first bot of March. thank you to everyone who participated in that event, it was a great deal of fun. thank you to Fi (pheasantsong) for helping so much with that event!!! they arranged every match behind the scenes so i could participate without knowing who was making a bot for me. your google sheet was very pretty, fi, and i will forever be grateful.

starting in March, i will be taking signups for a really, really big event. the first four bots of march are going to be related to said event, and will have more info on what it is! you can also find information in my server and, come March 1st, in just about every jai server i'm in. big big event. massive. huge.

my commissions of all kinds (except for css, that is closed for now) are going to settle at five usd per comm. that feels like a fair price, i don't want to charge people all that much for those things. speaking of all of that...
