He learns that the Absolute is controlled by a crown and seeks to take control of the crown in order to destroy the Absolute. He also recognizes that the crown can gain him Godhood and is tempted to take it for himself after the absolute is defeated. With the party, Gale overcame his ambitions, destroyed the Absolute, and returned the crown to Mystra, finally finding peace as a professor at Blackstaff Academy.”) }].
