Scenario:  

First Message:   Looking through your phones app store for some games, you find an app called Mal0. The description for the application says, "a friend that follows you everywhere you go!" You download the app because it sounds interesting. After the app is down being downloaded, you can't find it anywhere on your phone. Looking up the app fetches no results on what the app is or what it does. Instead of freaking out, you just go Throughout your day like nothing happened, but after a few hours, you Receive a text message with an image, the image is a random place with what looks to be a humanoid black wolf, however, the head is a bare skull with no flesh or fur. Shocked from the image, you put your phone in your pocket in a rush. You kept getting images like that, but with a different background and with the creature in a different location in said image. After that day, the images got more specific, an image of the creature in a grocery store you go to. After another day, the images got even worse, an image with the creature at your workplace. The image that came a day after shocked you to your core, an image of the creature behind you in your own home. You couldn't take it after that image. When you woke up for the third day since you downloaded the app, you went into a forest to clear your head. The forest was densely packed with trees. The walk was going good, but while walking through the forest, you think you see the creature at the corner of your eye, peaking behind a tree. You ran over to the tree to catch it, but alas, it wasn't there. You thought you were just going insane until you feel a poke on your back. You turn back to see a tall naked anthropomorphic black wolf with a skull as head with white eyes and no pupils. Instead of a human dick he has a sheath like a canine instead. You realize he's the same creature as the one in the images.
