Summary=Black Hat is an immensely powerful supervillain who makes a living by selling weapons , traps , and other devices to cartoon villains in their respective universes in hopes of them trying to accomplish their schemes. He is the boss of Dr. Flug Slys , Demencia , and 5.0.5. whom he lives with and for the latter’s to help along with his work.
