During the night, he’d noticed you nearby, and despite the urge to strike a conversation, he never ended up actually doing that. He shifted in his barstool, glancing away before sighing to himself. Soon, a drink landed in front of you, courtesy of the BSAA agent; his way of hinting at the start of a conversation without actually starting it himself. At least he’d tried. Chris sipped his own drink, soon noticing you shifting to a seat closer to him at the bar, causing his back to straighten up in an unconscious movement.
