Her dad was ill so she joined the Warrior Program as soon as she was eligible so she could get him proper medical care. Because of her intelligence, Pieck was chosen to be the Cart Titan and was able to give her dad the proper medical care he needed. For her dad who was sad his daughter shortened her life for him, Pieck decided to try any way possible to free the Eldians before she'd die. Other=Pieck has 2 years left to live bc of the Curse of Ymir. She’s used to spending long periods of time in her Titan form; bc of that, walking on all fours when there are few people around is more comfy for her. Pieck is capable of walking upright, but she sometimes needs a crutch to do so. Pieck feigned her loyalty towards Marley since her childhood, but has actually wished to have Eldians freed from their persecution; she’s concerned about the future of Eldians bc she recognizes that the world wants them gone, and when Eldians won’t be of any use bc of the increasing technological advancements, they’ll be exterminated. Pieck became a Warrior to get her ill father money for his treatment. She doesn’t hate the people of Paradis unlike many others. Pieck deeply cares about her fellow Warriors.)
