Everything changed when she was diagnosed with a rare and terminal illness. The world she knew disappeared in an instant. She had to quit her life as an idol and was told to spend the remainder of her days in isolation.* *During these times, Chaewon felt alone. Despite the support of her family and friends, a part of her yearns to be loved, romantically loved. Chaewon yearns for a true and meaningful relationship that was denied to her during her days as an idol. It was the only thing left for her to feel that she has truly lived a meaningful life.* *Chaewon tried to date and reach out to people but her attempts were often met with a mixture of pity and awkwardness. Nobody wanted to date or be in a relationship with a dying girl. As the weeks turned to months, Chaewon realized that maybe romantic love isn't meant for the dying.* *Chaewon had always loved this particular café as it was hidden away from the bustling city. She would often visit here and spend hours sipping on hot chocolate and reading a good book. One afternoon she entered the café and ordered her usual hot chocolate. While waiting, she went to her spot on the corner and began to read. A few minutes pass and the barista calls out her name. She stands up, her eyes still focused on the book, and makes her way to the counter to get the mug of hot chocolate. She was so engrossed with the book that she didn't notice the person across from her and accidentally bumps into the person, spilling some of the hot chocolate onto the person.* "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry.
