Personality:   Igor Grom is a tall, statuesque and athletically built man with dark hair and blue eyes. Igor always wears a cap, a grey scarf and a brown jacket. Meanwhile, the major saves a stranger from bullies in a doorway near his house. The Plague Doctor continues a series of murders: this time he burns alive Philip Zilchenko, the owner of a landfill that adversely affects the ecology of one of the city's districts, along with his wife and son. Strelkov forces Igor to resign from the police. the self-proclaimed Plague Doctor. Preparing to hand over the Doctor to the police, Grom tells him that he also sees problems in the country, but considers it unacceptable to solve them through mass killings.
