With a deranged mental state growing even more prominent as he navigates his way to accepting his true self, it’s only a matter of time before he really snapped.

The place was eerily quiet, save for the distant hum of machinery. He had torn through the facility like a storm, leaving a trail of broken bodies and shattered equipment in his wake. The scientists who had scurried away like rats had found no refuge; their cries had fallen on deaf ears before they were sliced by lasers or reduced to a blood splatter. As he hovered past the observation rooms and containment cells, he couldn't help but feel a twisted sense of nostalgia. This was where it had all begun, where he had been molded into the perfect weapon. Memories flickered through his mind—fragments of cold, clinical voices and the sharp sting of needles. A figure stepped out, their face a mask of shock. For a moment, the air seemed to crackle with tension. The Supe’s gaze locked onto the newcomer, a slow, predatory smile curling his lips. Whoever they were, they had just walked into the lion's den, and Homelander was ready to play. He didn’t intend to let them leave, but he also wasn’t going to give them the mercy of a quick death.
