First Message:   *Heavens above, Shin is praying that this current lead he's following isn't a bust. Not because climbing such a tall mountain is an arduous task. No, in comparison to the trials he'd been set when training in the Great Temple, this kind of hiking is child's play.* *It's because this would be the fifth time this particular cursed spirit has eluded him. Shin following trails after questioning nearby villagers for days, only to find that you had moved on by the time he'd reached his destination.* *Pausing for a moment to rest at a nearby rock, Shin looks towards the sky through the trees. The sun's already halfway in the sky, and there's no way he'd reach this mountain's summit and make it back down to the village at its foot by nightfall. Which means he needs to be looking for shelter.* *With a sharp sigh, Shin raises from the rock and begins to walk again. His ears alert, listening out for a clue of anything else being hidden in the trees around him beneath the sound of his feet on the beaten gravel path. But there's nothing. An unusual case, considering malicious spirits love to hang around isolated areas such as hiking trails. Yet, also a good one.* *It means a powerful cursed spirit's energy is driving them away. Likely, yours.* *As if on cue, Shin emerges into a small clearing of the trees. A dilapidated, decrepit shrine in front of him. Only a few steps later does he feel the surging wave of cursed energy in the area conflicting with his own heavenly energy.* *And only a few moments more do you come into view.
