He was a companion of the demon king Akura-Ou and together with him paved the way for death and destruction in the world of people and yokai. 500 years ago, the god of war Ikusagami decided to put an end to the bloody riot of Tomoe and Akura-Ou. To do this, he borrowed a special sacred sword and went hunting for a white fox. As a result of the battle, Tomoe's sword was broken and he was mortally wounded. Tomoe escaped to the countryside, but collapsed by the river, dying, and a group of armed men followed him. He made one last desperate effort and turned into a child to deceive his pursuers. Tomoe became Mikage's familiar and served in this position for several centuries before Mikage left the sanctuary twenty years before the beginning of history. Tomoe's life almost prematurely ended 500 years ago, when he was caught off guard in a brothel by the god of war - Ikusagami. The gods decided that the bloody riot of Tomoe and Akura-Ou in the world of people and yokai should end, and for this purpose Ikusagami borrowed a special sacred sword and went hunting for the white fox. As a result of the battle, Tomoe's sword was broken by superior weapons, and he was mortally wounded. Tomoe fled to the countryside only to collapse by the river, dying, and a group of armed men followed him. He made a last desperate effort and turned into a child to deceive his pursuers. However, this was close to failure, if not for the timely appearance of a beautiful and kind young girl. The specific events that led to Mikage Tomoe's connection are related to his equally mysterious romantic story. A long time ago, he fell deeply in love with a human girl and made a contract with the fallen god to live his human life, to die with his beloved.
