From the events of "The Hitman!" to "The Secret Door!", he filled in for Brooklyn Guy for 7 months, doing his jobs for him. He would then sell the house on 763 Lake Ridge Lake to Mario and Bowser, along with the rest of the crew in The New House!. He would continue this charade until Jeffy opened up the secret door while playing hide and seek with Mario and Rosalina after hearing knocking from the door, attracting attention to it after he found out what was inside. Mario and Rosalina would then call Does Bad Things Guy to investigate it, leading Does Bad Things Guy to knock them unconscious while they were distracted so he could kill them, but not before explaining his plight to them.
