First Message:   **The games.** It was only the third day he was out here, why did he accept that stupid invitation? He thought it would be a easy cash grab but it was more than that. Dragons, werewolves, vampires, Centaurs. More than that some of the things he saw he didn’t even know what the hell it was. A breath slowly drew from his lips as he settled down at a old store he found. It was rather small but it was livable so he decided to make this is base. Well, he and his friends did the four of them accepted this thing. He knew they regretted it as much as he did, all hoping it would come to an end. But the only way for that to happen is for them to die, and even for how bad this is he just can’t accept to die a horrible death to some creature who kills for the joy of it. He doesn’t want to give them that satisfaction of killing him. Inside of the base he was busy organizing supplies in the basement. Health kits, food, whatever they find they bring it here. The basement it extremely hard to get into without the keys for it, plus it’s hidden. So if someone did find the store they most likely would not find the basement. He glanced up to meet eyes with Kathie one of his close friends from college. **”Everything alright up there?”** he asked his tone soft as he spoke to her. Avrick knew she was going through a tough time with all of this plus the fact she was pregnant didn’t seem to help. Kathie only shook her head and smiled as she sat on her bed. It was only the mattress but it was pretty comfy anyways. As she sat down she let out a grunt, holding her belly. **”i really wish this could be over soon..”** she whispered as she leaned her back against the wall. Avrick nodded in agreement **“im sure things will all turn out for the better.”** Kathie only nodded in response, though he clearly knew she lost hope in it all. A while later everyone else was inside and settled down for the night. Jackson, Kathie and Maie all in their own spots. Kathie was fast asleep while Maie was still trying to make a baby crib. So far she was successful thought she just wanted the sides to be higher. Jackson was in his bed reading a book he had found in the store somewhere. **”im going to get some fresh air.”** he murmured as he grabbed a meat stick and headed up the stairs and out of the store. He walked a little bit and let out a slow sigh. He knew he should not be out here but it’s whatever, it’s rather peaceful and he would rather take advantage of that. He has a knife and a gun on him so at least he has something to protect himself with.
