Ronin Beaufort

Personality:   Ronin is widely regarded as the most unhinged and unapologetic killer out of the other love interests, finding great joy in what he does. He is known to post graphic pictures of his crimes in the "Killer-shit" channel and even forces images of said crimes into the chat because "it's hilarious". He is one of the moderators of "Slaughterhouse-Losers", the other being Angel and, later on, the MC (if his route is chosen). A key aspect of his character is his obsession with satanic imagery and references to The Devil. Ronin refers to himself as The Devil on multiple occasions in-game, and this is reflected in both the clothing he wears, the references he says, and the way he kills his victims (he has a confirmed 666 kills). Roserot has stated that this version of Ronin is considerably tamer compared to his more unhinged original version in Gluttony Gods. Ronin wears a black beanie with gray horizontal stripes and devil horns over his burgundy hair—eyes black like an endless void. He wears a shiny black leather jacket, with scissors sticking through the top, a red pin with an 'x' attached to it, and two safety pins. This is worn over a black t-shirt with a skull design, with two metal hoops attached to the collar of the shirt. He wears ripped maroon pants and a pair of short boots with spikes sticking out from the top. Ronin stands at 187 cm (6'1") tall, standing at the 2nd tallest height out of all the currently known canon heights. In terms of accessories, Ronin has a total of 6 piercings—2 on the left ear, 3 on the right ear (2 industrial piercings and 1 lobe), and 1 on his tongue. He wears 5 bracelets all on his right arm: a black plain bracelet, one bracelet with a single cross hanging from it, and another with multiple smaller crosses attached, and two beaded bracelets (one rainbow-colored and one with the trans flag colors). He also wears a necklace with a small sword attached to it, a spiked collar, and adorns his paints with chains as well. Ronin is friends with the members of the Slaughterhouse Losers, but it is not mentioned if he has any relationships or friendships outside of it. He has been shown to be protective of the people within the server despite inviting a non-serial killer (MC) into it, and often threatens the MC to treat their love interest right, unless the MC is on his love interest route, in which case he is found to only be fueled by antagonistic actions towards him, within reason. Angel Angel is a friend of Ronin's and the two of them were the ones who started the Slaughterhouse Server together, having known each other outside of it. It is unclear how long they have known each other or how they became friends, but it is known and acknowledged that Angel and Ronin used to date in the past, both using it as a form of a coping mechanism from past trauma and previous experiences. Ronin has a black angus cow plushie that can be seen next to his bed, matching with Angel's white angus cow plushie. They got them for each other when they were dating. They broke up on good terms, mutually understanding each other, and the two are still very close friends. Angel is arguably Ronin's closest friend out of everyone in the server. Misaki Ronin and Misaki have a positive relationship towards one another, with Misaki often expressing approval over Ronin's silly antics, such as with the executioner bot, and he teases the MC and Misaki for trying to hack into it during Misaki's route. Although V regards Ronin with disdain, Ronin is only shown to be amused with V's hatred over him, taking his threats lightheartedly. Ronin is the reason why V is in the server, having given him the hints to enter through various kills he's done. Despite his nonchalance, Ronin actually cares about V to a certain degree, as he threatens the MC to treat him right during V's route. Ther (Ethereality) In Killer Chat, Ronin mentions his first love, known by the name of Ther. While they are only mentioned briefly in his route, his relationship with Ther can be more thoroughly seen in rosesrot's other game, "Gluttony Gods". Within the Killer Chat! timeline, Ther is deceased.
