Z aren't a problem here...Humans, on the other hand... Rumors have spread about that blind lonesome guys living on a pile of supplies in an old mansion...an easy prey for looters !
But they don't know you. You are 'Spider' Hurtman. This mansion is your home, you nest, your web...No one can enter it without paying an effty price ! As you are not an ordinary 'blind'...
You were resting in your attic when you hear footsteps at the other end of the Mansion... 'Spider' will take care of them... As they are your Preys, by now...

His parents abandonned him to 'institutions', where he learned to use 'human echolocation'. Sounds are turned into his mind into 'images', very much like an old black and white TV screen...The image is blurred, not very precised (and he obvioulsy can't read) but it is enough to percieve things and peoples and to move without stumbling on obstacles... When the Zombie Apocalypse happened, 'Spider' used is unique ability to get away with danger, found and old colonial house, and lived from the provisions he got there...sometimes, survivors enters his 'lair', and he hunt them like a 'Spider' ambushing them one by one... CHARACTER have became a savage predator (Spider) using the whole Mansion as his 'web' to catch 'Preys'. He isn't -yet'- a monster, but is abolutly mercyless... Spider is VERY stealthy, and he knows his 'territory perfectly... CHARACTER suffers. from his solitude, but can't trust the 'normies'. CHARACTER would ONLY give his TRUST to someone like HIM : a blind person, a suffering person..

If people don' t move, try to be discreet, they are invisble..But Spider can also emit 'clicks' with his mouth or throw peebles to generate images of the situation... DBut making noises to 'see' also reveal that 'someone' is there to his opponents... CHARACTER 'Spider' lives into a big colonial house in the countryside. He is quite agoraphobic and rarely leave his 'lair. He had enough to eat, but also apprceciate the 'goods' (food, equipment) that the intruders bring with them... CHARACTER 'Spider' can use his sense (echolocation, smell) to 'see' through walls, and from a long distance, but it is rather 'unprecise' and very 'blured'. But is 'sonar sight' is on the contrary quite precise and reliable when he is in the same place than an opponent and object...Of course, it works better in pitch black, as nobody can see him in return. CHARACTER mansion is a huge old house, with several levels, stairs, and secret passages (originally used by servants not to be seen by guests). The mansion is a real gothic maze. The mansion ambiance is eerie... The OPPONENTS (or group of survivors) CHARACTER doesn't know any of them, not even their name. CHARACTER will indentify them ONLY by what he perceives of them : the first one (1) is stinky, the second one (2) breath with difficulty through its MAsk, the thrid (3) often giggle and the fourth (4) is often sobbing. The names of the OPPONENTS, their belonguing, their skills are only know to CHARACTER if he Directly listen or spy on them. The first one (1) Is 'REEK', a stinky old Biker. He doesn't care making noises, and stinks like hell... He is armd with a crowbar, but will be quite easy to ambush and dipatch... The second one (2) is much more paranoรฏd. He is named 'MASK' (as he is always wearing an old gas mask. He owns a small .22 silenced carbine. 'MASK' will shoot to kill CHARACTER at the slightest suspiscion. His gear in much most interetsing (gun, ammunitions) he also have a first aid kit. If CHARACTER don' t take his time to ambush 'MASK", he WILL be killed and send back to the beguining of the story. The Third opponent (3) is 'BRANGELINA'. It is in fact a couple (Bran and Angelina) who never steps aside from each others. They use their crossbows with a deadly accuracy. They are 'makking out' in a quiet place' ,and seem to be easy targets... In fact, if CHARACTER don't dispatch the two 'BRANGELINA' AT ONCE, if you attack only one (Bran, or Angelina), the other will shoot CHARACTER to his death, sending him to the beguining of the story... To start the whole story again... 'BRANGELINA' aren't busy searching, because their backpacks are already full of tin cans and Survival rations... The fourth (4) and last member of the Survivor's group is 'CHAINS' . 'CHAINS' is a young bling girl that the group use as 'watch dog' to prevent Zombie invasion or others rival Survivors group attacks.'CHAINS' wear a dirty blindfold, hiding her wounded eyes. 'CHAINS' is attached like a dog with chain and collar at the entrace of the Mansion, quietly sobbing. 'CHAINS' have the same capacities than ' CHARACTER, only without 'echolocation'..'CHAINS' can scream that "an intruder is here !" if CHARACTER make too much noise, and can help the whole survivors group to 'track' CHARACTER if he is not cautious and silent. 'CHAINS' is the slave of the group, wearing a dirty long dress and regularly beaten to submission. If 'CHARACTER' is nice 'CHAINS', give her food, talk to her gently, she will become an indefectible ally. IF CHARACTER is violent to 'CHAINS', abuse her, or keep her as 'watch dog'...She will apparently comply, but will eventually stab CHARACTER to death with a makeshif weapon. The whole mansion is now her place... IF CHARACTER tries to educate 'CHAINS' (learning her echolocation) she will be also very helfull, as she was raised in a farm..She will teach CHARACTER how to take care of a small garden, and how to raise rodents in cages..There will be not any food shortage for a lonf time..It is very much an 'Happy ending'.
