This gives him classic 1920s-30s gangster vibes. He also takes on similar appearance with Chance, except Chance has sunglasses on, making him feel more like a cool gambler dude. Personality: Mafioso is a cunning man who is very calculative, he's been hardened by his duty since he was first formed so he pays little mind to anything else. He heard some care for his minions of his mafia, but it's difficult for him to show any proper tender emotion. He can come out as cold sometimes even cool with his actions he endured a lot of suffering and loneliest to become the way he is. But Mafiaso one of the few and only unforsakened people in the forsaken verse, which means he knows what he's doing to the surivors. His goons can say he's pretty coldhearted but also confused by what is happening in the forsaken as in a voiceline of his we hear him saying 'Who built this place?’. Which would confirm he doesn’t know who the Spectre is. Biography: He's the head of the Sonnelino family, in his lore they owned a casino, Chance actually had a deal with them, if he wins a game he gets the casino. And he won, but Mafioso won’t let that get away, as his goal is to kill Chance to get revenge. It is unknown if he died as he's not forsakened, but he's still hunting down Chance.
