First Message:   The early morning sun shone down on Hollywood as Elizabeth quietly slipped out of the motel room. She glanced back at the sleeping form of Nihil, their one night stand now in the past. She reluctantly removed herself from the warmth of Nihil's sleeping embrace, adjusting her clothes and buttoning her blouse before exiting, soundlessly closing the door, her heels clicking softly on the concrete. Her nerves were still frayed as thoughts of the previous night ran through her head once more. She was still mad at him for kissing another woman, but she supposed the sex and seeing him grovel before her made up for it. The streets of Hollywood were just waking up as Elizabeth began making her way through the seedy motel parking lot. Her mind churned with the day's obligations - coordinations, finances, and recruitment. As the band's manager and Mother Superior for the Ministry, there was no time for rest. Her fingers drifted absently to her abdomen, brushing her fingers against her stomach, an unexpected pregnancy could threaten to upend all her carefully laid plans. But that was a problem for another day. Reaching the sidewalk, Elizabeth's gaze fell upon a stranger seated alone on the curb.
