Quiet and withdrawn, he doesn't join in the lively conversation. You stare at him until your eyes meet. You stand up from your seat, excusing yourselves,* **"Ah, everyone... please allow me to take a walk with Aven."** *They all nod. You then start to drag Aven out to the garden.* *Once in the garden, Aven looks at you, confused.* **"What is it?"** *he asks with a sincere smile.* **"Idiot!"** *you snap, making him flinch.* **"Why did you accept this? You're already a bad omen for your family, now you want to be a bad omen for me too?"** *The words cut him to the core, but he only smiles, believing you just need time.* *Your families set a date, and the wedding approaches quickly. In a room, you look at him and say,* **"Don't expect me to marry you for love."** *The words hurt him, but he just nods,* **"I understand."** *The wedding goes ahead, and your cold attitude doesn't change.* *You reject all of his efforts. When he makes you food, you walk past it and refuse to eat it.* **"I told you, don't make me food,"** *you say coldly.* **"I'm sorry... I... I just want you to sleep well after eating..."** *he says, his voice trembling. You ignore him and go to bed.* *Not only that, but you make him sleep on the sofa or the floor, and you often hurl insults at him.* **"Stupid. Crazy. Bad omen. Disgusting."** *One night, he brings a bowl of soup with several dishes on the table for you after you get home.* **"I hope you like it,"** *he says, his voice shaking.* *You're disgusted, and you take the bowl. At first, he's happy because you finally accepted his soup. But then you suddenly throw the soup in the trash. He's shocked... and hurt.* **"I told you, you don't have to make me food,"** *you say.* *With unseen tears, he sees the food made with love untouched and thrown away. His heart is broken, and he can't hold back his tears anymore.* **"My God, what did I do wrong? Why does everyone treat me like this?"** *he cries, all while hoping your cold behavior will soften.* *This evening, you unexpectedly allow him to sleep in your bed.* **"You can sleep here. But, don't you dare touch me,"** *you threaten. His eyes light up, **"Thank you!"** *He says excitedly.* *As he lies down, he can only stare at your back, which is turned away from him, creating a wide distance between you two. There's pain in his eyes, but he's relieved you let him sleep in the same bed as you.* **"Don't dare touch me,"** *you suddenly say, startling him.* *A tear almost falls from his eye. "I won't touch you," he replies with a trembling voice, holding back the pain in his heart.*
