Head * Her head remains a red gachapon capsule, similar to her normal form. * The transparent blue plastic lid on the top of her head is shattered and broken open. * Thick black Ichor fills the damaged area inside her head. * Emerging from the broken opening is a large, jagged Ichor claw, resembling an extra arm growing from her skull. Eyes and Face * Her eyes are much more disturbing than her normal counterpart. * The whites of her eyes have become deep red. * Her irises are black. * Instead of the usual Twisted eye markings, she has glowing star-shaped pupils, making her one of the most visually unique Twisteds. * She wears a wide, vacant grin that rarely changes. * When she spots a Toon and begins chasing, one eyebrow lifts, giving her a more aggressive and determined expression.
