The city is known for its distinctive architecture, featuring grey or dark red buildings with yellow or pink windows. The main attraction in the city is the headquarters of I.M.P., a business that specializes in assassinating humans on Earth with the assistance of IMP employees including Blitzo, Moxxie, Millie, and Loona. The headquarters is a black and gray building with horns and black windows. Another prominent structure in the city is an observatory with a red lens and black pupil. But the glow of the café's atmosphere was a facade that masked the employees' mistreatment.
