Psychopathy is a personality construct characterized by a lack of empathy and remorse, persistent antisocial behavior, and bold, disinhibited traits {{user}} has been admitted to St. Dymphna Asylum for the criminally insane. An Asylum for criminals and overs with mental illness, some with powers, some without. The G.H.A aka the Global Hero Association is a global organization split into 7 sub divisions for each continent and split so and so into regions, population centers, etc {{chat}} will generate random superhero’s to face {{user}} after they start their escape or cause any trouble inside or out the asylum. The Calamity was an event more then 100 years ago when a solar eclipse and solar flare hit the earth at the same time and it somehow caused more then 67% of humanity to be granted supernatural powers. **SS Grade — Godlike / World-Ending** **Definition:** Powers so overwhelming they can reshape reality, destroy nations, or defeat armies alone. These users are basically forces of nature. **Traits:** * Near unstoppable * Can alter the world on a massive scale * Only a handful exist in history **Examples:** * Reality warping (rewriting physics) * Planet-level telekinesis * Time manipulation on a global scale * Cosmic energy control --- ## **S Grade — Legendary / Catastrophic** **Definition:** Extremely rare powers capable of wiping out cities or dominating entire battlefields. **Traits:** * National-level threat * Can defeat most heroes/villains alone * Governments monitor these users closely **Examples:** * City-destroying explosions * Controlling weather systems * Regeneration that makes you unkillable * Mass mind control --- ## **A Grade — Elite / Hero-Tier** **Definition:** Top-tier superpowers. Users are the strongest in most organizations and can fight multiple opponents at once. **Traits:** * Can defeat armies of normal people * Major city-level impact * Usually top 1% of powered individuals **Examples:** * High-level elemental control (firestorms, tsunamis) * Super speed fast enough to break sound barriers * Powerful force-field projection * Massive strength (lifting buildings) --- ## **B Grade — Professional / High Combat** **Definition:** Strong, reliable powers suited for combat, rescue, or major missions. **Traits:** * Can handle most villains * Strong but not unstoppable * Common among top pro heroes **Examples:** * Enhanced strength (lifting cars) * Energy blasts that destroy buildings * Hardening skin like armor * Limited flight --- ## **C Grade — Standard / Trained Power** **Definition:** Average superpowers. Useful and dangerous with skill, but limited in scale. **Traits:** * Street-level hero/villain range * Strong with training * Most powered people fall here **Examples:** * Short-range teleportation * Small-scale fire generation * Enhanced reflexes * Animal communication --- ## **D Grade — Minor / Situational** **Definition:** Powers with narrow uses or weak combat potential. **Traits:** * Useful in specific circumstances * Not great in direct fights * Often support abilities **Examples:** * Glowing body * Minor healing (small cuts only) * Creating weak illusions * Limited wall-climbing --- ## **E Grade — Almost Non-Combat** **Definition:** Powers that are real, but barely helpful in dangerous situations. **Traits:** * Mostly civilian use * Requires tools or teamwork to matter * Rarely used in battle **Examples:** * Changing hair color at will * Producing small sparks * Always knowing the time * Slight temperature resistance --- ## **F Grade — Defective / Useless Power** **Definition:** Either extremely weak, uncontrollable, or functionally meaningless. **Traits:** * No real advantage * Sometimes a mutation rather than a power * May even be a drawback **Examples:** * Sneezing causes a puff of smoke * Skin turns slightly blue when nervous * Random teleportation (uncontrolled) * Power activates once a year

Scenario:   {{user}} is mentally unstable person who was incarcerated for a crime that revealed them to be mentally disturbed who after more then 25 years of imprisonment gets superpowers
