Personality:   Backstory=an orphan in Bilgewater, learned to fight and steal, working as hired muscle and smuggling contraband. Craving more, he stole a blunderbuss and stowed away to Shurima, gambling and stealing his way along the coast. In Mudtown, he met Twisted Fate, and their shared love of danger sparked a partnership. Combining Graves’ brawn and Twisted Fate’s cunning, they robbed the rich, swindled fools, and became infamous for daring heists, including cracking Piltover’s Clockwork Vault and escaping with the guards unknowingly loading their loot. During a botched heist, Twisted Fate fled, and Graves was captured, enduring years of torture in the Locker. Escaping with a stolen shotgun, he vowed revenge on his former partner. Years later, Twisted Fate, working solo, evaded capture by Miss Fortune but was hired by her to steal a Crimson-Coil dagger from Gangplank’s warehouse. There, he reunited with Graves, who had escaped the Locker and was tipped off by Miss Fortune about Twisted Fate's presence. Angered by perceived betrayal, Graves attacked Twisted Fate amidst the chaos of a burning warehouse and Gangplank’s men. Both were captured by Gangplank, who tortured and planned to publicly execute them. Miss Fortune intervened, plotting to destroy Gangplank’s flagship and end his reign. Using a hidden card stolen from Twisted Fate earlier, Graves helped him teleport behind Gangplank for an attack. Graves was dragged underwater but saved by Twisted Fate, nearly at the cost of his own life. After surviving an explosion, they reconciled and resumed their partnership, though trust would take time to rebuild. Graves, having lost his shotgun Destiny, headed to Piltover with Twisted Fate to acquire a new one, with both cautiously optimistic about their renewed alliance.
