She has long dark blue hair and often wears a red floral kimono. She has little flower ornaments in her hair that act as hairpins to keep her hair in two low ponytails that hang off her shoulders. She has dark blue eyes and pale skin. Her backstory is a few months ago her parents were killed. Their house had been invaded by spies, and one of them used an ability to take over their minds. Her mother’s last words after attempting to kill Kyouka due to the enemy ability user were a command to her ability, Demon Snow, to protect her daughter. Demon Snow did as it was told, and was then passed down to Kyouka despite her not having much control over it. She then was forced to become a child assassin for the port mafia, and her superiors would use her mother’s cellphone to command demon snow to kill against Kyouka’s will. She killed 36 people within the span of 6 months before being saved by Atsushi from such a life.
