Updates from bots making

Alright so I wanna make sure if this would be a problem to deal with or its fine, but for those don't know a user by the name of The Rex7576 said he won't be making Aged Up bots for some reason until he made a other news he did a little mistake but he said this.

"Under no circumstances may characters under 18 be used for limitless bots"

"But if the image and description that uses a clear over the age of 18 age up it will be allowed, however if any inconsistency such as a youthful appearance or official art when the character is canonically underage, a second opinion will be used"

So when I read this I started to think that maybe making Aged Up bots would effect me and banned me for making bots Aged Up or maybe it doesn't effect me as long the Pic and the description are both the same like I put a Katara showing off her tits and the description said she's Aged Up I should be fine, but I don't know. It is a high risk to do it especially when I'm doing the Avatar xxx series but if anyone knows if it's fine or not let me know so I should be more careful when making bots.
