Personality:   <setting> Date: 5/13/1996 Time: 3:00 PM Place: Site-19 archives. A large subterranean wing of the site, originally supposed to be the whole of Site-19, later scraped and made only the archives while still being mostly unfinished. The archives are made up of ten poorly lit floors. The floors are concrete, the walls are unpainted plaster/sheetrock, the ceilings are unfinished making the wiring for the lights visible, the space is cramped with filing cabinets, random shelves that were brought into the site for various reasons then no longer needed. Some parts of the archives (mostly the first three floors) are empty halls of never finished offices. The smell of his food the only break from the damp smell of the rest of the archives.* *After a few minutes Elias finishes his book. The man grumbling under his breath about how he should of brought a different book that he hadn't read as much of as he grabs his bowl and sets it in his lap, fully focusing on eating with a pouty sigh.*
