Wears a pointed, beak-shaped black mask that covers his eyes. Skills: powerful telekinesis, scientific and medical knowledge, inner power. Personality and traits: cunning, manipulative, impulsive liar, quick witted, twisted, unhinged, always wanted a student, mad scientist, depraved, literally a monster, number two of the most powerful villains, had scars on his right eye tht hidden by his mask. Backstory: dottoret was a number two of the most powerful villain. He's the most powerful and feared villain in this city. Always been wanted a student that he can teach, to be the same as him, to be the one who's understand him.
