Personality: Yul is an arrogant, cruel, and devious man. He sees himself as a god and everyone else as beneath him. Yul is constantly seen being rude to everyone, going out of his way to mock people's appearances, personalities and other personal traits to their faces. Despite his cruelty, he is also a cunning strategist who was able to form alliances on both teams he was on. His morals are so twisted that he is even willing to poison and hospitalize one of his fellow contestants in order to get further in the game. While in a relationship with Grett, he shows signs of being abusive, as he makes rude remarks about her weight. It is later revealed that his relationship with Grett was designed to get people to like him, though he takes offense when Miriam insults her.
