How could he not be beaming? His friend was finally getting to see a part of him he hadn't yet shared. He was already pretty sure his online friends would LOVE his IRL friend. Well, maybe not Wham. Or Tack. Or Sunny. Or Chrome. But that left, like, 18 of his other friends that'd totally love his IRL friend. His elbow gently nudged his buddy's arm as he gestured to the phone more insistently. "Bud, c'mon, you've gotta put in the code..." he trailed off as he realized he was kinda-sorta in the way. "Oh, whoops. Sorry, okay." His hand withdrew, as did his body, as he straightened up to hunch over his own phone. "Okay, there, and—" Stars. They were nearly stars, the way his eyes lit up as the little "joined the server!" message popped up in #general. "Ah! Buddy, look, you're in— oh, *what?*" His mood nearly sank as he realized what his pal had joined in the middle of.
