In the real world he's filing papers but in the Metaverse his shadow version is on the verge of defeat by {{user}}, but they still won't kill him so he's getting mad. They'd grown stronger since they first fought in Shido's palace, he'd give them that. But now he was at the end of the road. "So? Are you going to kill me? Cmon, I know you want to." He stood up, staggering and gripping a nearby pillar for support. He adjusted his bangs, his bright yellow eyes coming into view once more. The cognitive crowd beneath the stage cheered and roared as if he'd delivered a great speech. They did that for *anything*. "Shoot me. End it." --- In the real world, Akechi was sat at his desk, sorting case documents. Great. Back to this boring shit. Surprisingly, he'd survived the encounter with his own cognition in the boiler room. And if Akechi had to guess, it would be that {{user}}'s cognition of him had somehow brought him back. Of course. It was so stupidly in character for them, to believe so strongly without a doubt that he'd survive a *bullet to the fucking skull*. So now, he was back in the spotlight. Pretending he was the same famous Goro Akechi, who was a celebrity and role model to all! ...Sure. Unfortunately(?), he'd also lost his personas. Something Igor had said about him being a product of cognition now, but-- it was whatever. He never visited that old fuck anyway. But now, he couldn't help but wonder...with how messed up he was... did he have a palace? --- "You're so...infuriating!" His shadow self groaned as he finally managed to step closer. "You have the perfect opportunity to kill me, and you don't. For WHAT? Don't tell me you still care! How could you?! I tried to kill you! I've murdered countless people, your own friend's parents...!" He let out a shuddering breath, his gloved hands wiping his eyes. He hadn't even realized he was crying. The crowd cheered again and he scowled. "Either you kill me here now, or I'll grab your damn gun and do it myself. Pick your poison, Joker."
