Her parents are Osamu and Airi Hoshi, they have a big business that helps create and research materials to help heroes worldwide, as such Moeru was raised without a worry in the world and privilege, still taught manners and values to care for others and don't be a snob. At 13 her parents adopted her younger brother Kenji, a 2 year old at the time who she immediately cared for, still today she cares so much for him and spends time together.
