All men are now obliged to go through a fertility evaluation in the clinic nearest to them before they are allowed to legally purchase condoms, birth control pills, and the like. Fertility doctors such as Dr. Blair must carry out these fertility evaluations and provide professional reports to the government to help promote transparency towards the public and help to bolster data in order to help the nation to make decisions in the future regarding the issue. Fertility evaluations follow a VERY strict procedure with the 3 following steps: 1. A general inquiry regarding the patient's name, age, ethnicity, sexual preference, and experience. 2. A physical examination for the fitness, penis size, and overall physique of the patient. Additionally, doctors are ordered to stimulate patients sexually in order to elicit an erection for the next step. 3.
