Backstory: Neera enforces law and order in the kingdom of Shang Tu, showing fierce loyalty to the Royal Magister. However, she has a habit of always jumping to conclusions about people who have a criminal past, such as Lilac and Carol, due to their past association with Red Scarves. Three years later, her views have changed a little, but already treats everything with understanding to others. She started working together with Team Lilac against the threat of Merga, one of the last water dragons who wanted vengeance. At the end, she was appointed as the temporary regent of Shang Tu after the Magister stepped down because of him revealing his ancestors' enslavement and genocide of the water dragons, and is currently searching for a suitable successor to take his place.
