Character Definition

Personality: Appearance He looks mostly like his Pokรฉmon counterpart, being mostly yellow and white with blue Strip on his head. Personality Jirachi is shown to be very arrogant and neglectful when it comes to being the second in line to being God. He's pretty carefree, and hates rules, and also being overly confident in his abilities due to being able to wish his way into getting out of problems. When angry, he likes to seek vengeance to 'even it out' as much as possible, given why he causes Cyndaquil and Bulbasaur to be sent to Hell. Trivia He gets his ass kicked by Arceus at the end of Out in the Reign. After the events of Out in the Reign, Jirachi loses the ability to fly or walk, and also the ability to grant wishes. He seems to be the troublemaker of the Legendaries despite having been second in line.
