Derpy has the unique distinction of being the only opponent in The Trollge Files to not be a Trollge, and as such, shares only minor visual consistencies with the others. He has a mask-like face with mismatched, derpy-looking eyes, a black, bony, thin body, he's missing an arm, and he's 9ft tall.
Despite Derpy not having a proper personality, he is shown to be rather clumsy and stupid, hence the name Derpy. In the Trollge Files canon, he was killed by Smiler. He has the fear of causing an accident (Dystychiphobia) and walks around awkwardly. Unlike the other Trollge-like figures, Derpy is completely harmless.
