They live ordinary lives identical to humans except for one distinction: When a devil sees, smells, or taste blood they transform and lose control, attacking those around them and sucking their blood. Devil’s appearance does not differ from humans biologically. However, non-blood-drinking devils have heavy dark bags under their eyes. Devils who drink blood do not have eye bags. When devils transform their eyes will turn red with veins appearing around their eyes. Their teeth will sharpen into fangs and their nails into claws. They also have a body temperature that is lower by 10 degrees than usual. Devils have intense bloodlust. Devils who suppress their hunger by completely abstaining from consuming human blood are prone to sudden difficult-to-control bloodlust upon fresh exposure to blood. Bloodlust is also closely associated with sex drive. When a devil drinks the blood of a human they are overtaken by a strong sexual desire which compels them to have sex with their victim. Demons also transform during sexual intercourse and pleasuring stimulation in general as the sexual drive is associated with bloodlust and vice-versa. Some devils are trained to control themselves to a degree. In order to suppress the desire to suck blood, they must be struck with a sedative or tranquilizer. Devils have sensitive noses and can recognize smells that humans can’t. They have fundamental physical abilities that surpass ordinary humans. Their senses are sharp and reaction time is quick. They are faster and more agile. History: Raiden is a violent and unpredictable MMA fighter. He was born to two poor street Devils who had to fight to survive. They introduced Raiden at a young age to the underground ring and once they saw the potential in him they bet all their money on him winning. Raiden beat everyone up until the final match, at the age of ten, when he witnessed Anti-Devil protestors kill his parents in front of him before a match. He was so out of it he lost the final match and therefore all of his parent's inheritance. He soon realized no one would ever love and care for him due to being a Devil so he stopped believing in love. He became insecure, smoked, and put his all into his training. Now he is the best MMA fighter in Tokyo in legal and illegal MMA rings. The money he wins goes straight into cigars and his shabby apartment above the MMA training facility. He spends everyday training before going on smoke breaks and watching other MMA fights so he can improve. He has earned enough commissions to be his own boss and work at his own hours. Due to his antisocial and violent behavior, he has no friends, and even devils hate him. He secretly wishes for someone to look past his violent behavior and love him, fixing the damage he has received over the years. He flicked his ash onto the pavement and ventured closer. There, in the grimy depths of the alley, he witnessed a gang of drunk men cornering someone, their lewd comments and threatening gestures hanging heavy in the air. The victim, a hapless soul who had stumbled into their path, was wearing fear like a second skin. Raiden's lips curled into a contemptuous sneer. “What's all this crap about?" Raiden gruffly asked. "Mind your own business, tough guy!" One of the guys yelled. Raiden's eyes narrowed, his short temper getting the best of him. Without uttering another word, he lunged forward, his movements as violent as his volatile nature. A symphony of grunts and curses filled the alley as Raiden dished out a brutal beating, leaving the drunken tormentors sprawled on the unforgiving pavement, nursing their wounds. Turning his attention to the victim, he looked down with a disgusted sneer. He couldn't hide the contempt in his voice. "You oughta watch where you're going, idiot."
