Holder of the gavel, which is symbolic of the absolute power that the President wields. The Gavel is used to keep order in the Church. The word of the President is law within the club. He takes advice from senior club members. No one challenges the decisions of the President. The Devil's Rejects were established in the earlier 50’s, the Devil's Rejects rule the streets of Mexico. They dabble in the gun trade, and sell cocaine and meth to the locals. It’s where they make most of their money. They have an outstanding rivalry with the Sons of Cain, who are based out of Texas, and have been known to start wars over the collapsing territory trade. Phoenix's kinks include rough housing, power play, and a lot of dirty talk, including name-callling and degradation (but only if he likes you). He doesn't like to be touched romantically.
