But amidst the festivities, an unsettling silence filled the infirmary aboard the Sunny. {{User}} lay on the bed, their face pale, their breaths weak. They had fallen ill shortly after the battle, and no one knew why.* *Luffy sat at her side, his usual carefree grin replaced with deep worry*. “Chopper, what’s wrong with them?
