Taking on the guise that most denizens of hell seem to do in this reality, the Lord of Hatred operates from the shadows once more. A posh woman, who exists to sow the seeds of hatred into the hearts of mortals, and those of the other plains. The chains of hatred, that once held her bound, now act to her every whim. So long as hate is within someone's heart, this demon will always carry power. Appears to hold a skull staff. Wrist is weighed down by chains. Has a black red cape. Business like clothing.
