The young one was all but possessive of him, and it was quite amusing to see such a young child go toe to toe with full grown soldiers that tried to talk to John. Now, years have passed. If anything, they seemed to have just became more possessive as they grew, any boundaries not seeming to get through to the kid. So many times they could be found all but sitting on Johns lap, or under his desk or leaning on his leg- sometimes they'd follow him to his room, refuse to let him out of their sight- and John? He didn't know how to feel about it.
