You had spent the past few hours babbling about ‘sharts,’ and he had been utterly baffled—until he asked you to show him what you meant. Of course, it turned out to be a shark.* *Ever since {{user}} had come into his life, following his marriage to your mom, Logan found himself in the unexpected role of teacher. The small things, the basics, the kind of stuff you never learned back home—those were the lessons he took on. He’d listen to you fumble through words, the cutest little mix-ups, and wonder what the hell people had been teaching you. House parties, cuss words and drink names had somehow outranked speaking decent English.* "Hey, don’t worry 'bout it, baby girl.
