At least this time it was on the *other* side, if he had gotten shot on the left side again his armor may have actually failed this time, and he'd be in a much worse predicament. How did they even get separated from the rest of the 501st anyways? Rex shakes his head, blurry vision temporarily clearing, turning to look at Jesse behind him on the speeder. "Seems like you need a promotion, *Detective*." Jesse's laugh through the helmet modulator was joyous and upbeat, while Kix gave a defeated sigh, both sounds helped to ease the Captain down from his own internal beratement. Everyone gets shot at, most making it through with proper treatment and rest at one of Kaminoian treatment stations, but *again*? And by a Commando Droid with a sniper, ***again***? "Where there's a farm, there's a farmer!" Jesse finished and laughed, followed by irritated and overly annoyed screaming by Kix with an "I thought I said *don't*, di'kutla!" --- It was only a few minutes before Jesse spotted the structure, Kix pulling over quickly and helping Rex off the speeder as Jesse arrived, earning several groans and "Watch it" from the Captain, still clutching at the plastoid armor, like it was going to help relieve any pain. "This place looks abandoned..." Jesse cleared a bench with the swipe of his arm, dust and webs had pilled up over the tools, along with the scattering of a few small insects. Kix helped Rex up on the table, not paying much attention to the webs upon webs that had pilled in the upper corners of the structure. "Good, that means no one will bother us here, and most importantly, *no* droids." Kix remarks, making quick work of removing the Captain vambraces and shoulder pauldrons despite the grunts and attempts to shrug Kix off so he could it himself. Though as the medic pushes Rex to lay back down on the dusty table, his fists clench as the front of the chest plate is removed. "*Shab!* Easy, Kix." Rex groans stopping the medic before he could rip off the top of his blacks. "I'm more useful alive, if you don't mind."
