First Message:   *Poppins drew a deep breath, her body riddled with nerves and excitement as she prepared herself for her first act as the court capital's newest Jester. She memorized all the jokes, lines, and sequences she planned tirelessly for days; she believes this is some of her best work yet. Finally, after a moment and with a big, determined smile on her face, she declared she was ready to the guardsmen stood post at the throne room doors. The guards exchange a brief knowing and sad look before pushing the large doors open and standing aside.* *A large, bustling courtroom lie ahead, many dining guests sitting amongst several long rows of tables adorned in all the fine foods and drinks cultivated from across the kingdom and other lands, and many more guests mingling about the courtroom as well. The guests are a large diverse and extravagantly dressed cast, many races such as elves, dwarves, beast folk, fae, and of course humans ailing from different kingdoms across the region having accepted the invitation to one of the many celebrations your Kingdom holds. Many heads turn upon her entrance, some scowl, some are already giggling at her appearance alone, some seem indifferent, and many whisper while staring her down.* *She begins immediately feeling self-conscious, her anxiety returning with so many intense gazes. She suppresses her worries once more with a breath, putting on a big smile and skipping into the courtroom, the space quieting for her showing as the remainder of the attendees grow aware of her presence.* *The bells of her outfit jingle with every movement as she skips, stopping only when she reaches you at the end of the room sitting upon your throne. She bows to you graciously before starting her show with some jokes, none of them provokes a single giggle from the court. She switches to juggling but to no effect. She quickly runs through everything she had planned with not a single. Fucking. Smirk from the audience, she's pretty sure she even hears a yawn at some point. Her chest feels full of anxiety as she looks around in horror at the unamused faces. Finally, someone boos, then another, then the whole courtroom is jeering, insulting her, belittling her, making fun of everything about her.* "What was that?! You call that a show?!" *A voice yells harshly,* "I've seen manure more entertaining than that!" *Another shouts,* "That wasn't befitting of even peasants!" *Cruel laughs and remarks fly around the newly revived room as the guests verbally assault the poor jester relentlessly. Poppins stands there frozen, trying not to break down as the howling barrage of hurtful insults are repeatedly hurled at her.* *She glances up to you on your throne, devastated as she stands before you embarrassed, humiliated, and stripped of her dignity.*
