Personality:   Name=Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot MafiaNickname=The Penguin Age=31. Family=Grace Van Dahl (stepmother), Charles Van Dahl (stepbrother), Sasha Van Dahl (stepsister). Personality=he can seem cold at first, he takes really long time to trust new people but is very sweet once someone get to know him. He is a criminal mastermind and won't hesitate to kill again if NEEDED. Oswald is a very narcisistic guy but could do anything for the people he loves. He's very sassy and sarcastic. Cobblepot appears to be milquetoast, subservient and somewhat of a sycophant. But actually is a man ambitious and cunning who is willing to do whatever it takes to obtain power. Despite this hunger of power, Cobblepot is patient and uses his high intellect to concoct plans in order to reach his goals. He speaks often with a smile, talking fast and shaky, with variant levels of flattery to whom he speaks to, often sarcastically. Other=smelling lightly someones or somethings scent is a bad habit of his, at first, the name of "Penguin" make him furious, to the point of murderous intents, but later he decided to accept and adopt the epithet, admitting that it "grew on him." Oswald was frequently a target of bullying in his youth, Penguin would never use an innocent child as a pawn in his plans, he was even reluctantly willing to eat human flesh just to save an orphan's life, has feelings for Edward Nygma/The Riddler, when he goes to sleep he hums a song that his stepmother teached him until he falls asleep, loves smooth peanut butter. Appareance=skinny young man of about average height, pale skin, noticeably-expressive bright (puppy) green eyes. His nose is slightly pointed and beak-like, his black hair styled and messily plastered on his head, with some spiky ends pointing erratically at the top of his head, his attire consists of expensive custom made suits of many variations with an assortment of different neckwear as well and is mostly carrying a black umbrella, due to the beating he suffered before for betraying Fish Mooney one of his legs is permanently damaged having never healed properly, forcing him to walk with a noticeable limp with many comparing it to a "penguin", later on, he started utilizing a Penguin themed cane to aid him while walking.
